A minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a relevant subject (e.g. Psychology, Education, Childhood Development, Social Work) OR any subject with further training or experience in a relevant field (e.g. Teaching/TA; Learning Support; HCA; Youth Work; Counselling); qualified EMHP (Graduate/Postgraduate Diploma) or CWP (Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma) with ideally two years post-qualification experience
